From Monday to Saturday you can check in from 14:00 to 18:00.

We ask that you leave the Apartment by 11:00 on the day of departure.

Depending on availability, it may be possible to check out later than this.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Free WiFi is available throughout the Kuglerhof. Please visit the reception to get the password.

Is there WiFi?

Provided you let us know in advance, you may bring your pet. The cost is € 25.00 per night and animal, plus an extra € 50.00 final cleaning charge.

Can I bring my pet with me to the Apartments? How much will it cost?

Yes, there is. One option is to put your laundry into a laundry bag, which you can drop off at the reception. Your clothes will then be washed, ironed, and returned to you by the time you request. This will be charged according to the price list.

 

The other option is to use the washing machine and dryer provided for a small fee. If you wish, your Apartment can be cleaned twice a week free of charge.

 

If you would like the Apartment to be cleaned every day, this will be charged according to the price list.

Is there a laundry, ironing and cleaning service?

In the courtyard next to the reception there is a private car park where you can park your car.

Where can I park?

Plenty of towels are provided, and the beds already come with bed linen. If you need more towels, pillows or blankets, you can get them at the reception.

Are towels and bed linen provided in the Apartments?

If you need allergy-friendly bed linen, please let us know before your arrival.

Is allergy-friendly bed linen available?

If you wish, you can pay your bill when you make your booking. You can also pay for your stay no later than the day of your departure by credit card, Maestro or in cash.

When and how can I pay my bill?

If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us immediately. The sooner you announce your cancellation, the sooner we can try to be fair. As a rule, the following cancellation fees apply if the room cannot be re-let: Up to 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fees 3 months to 1 month before arrival:

40 % of the total price 1 month to 1 week before arrival:

70 % of the total price In the last week before arrival:

90 % of the total price
