Is there WiFi?
Free WiFi is available throughout the Kuglerhof. Please visit the reception to get the password.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
From Monday to Saturday you can check in from 14:00 to 18:00.
We ask that you leave the Apartment by 11:00 on the day of departure.
Depending on availability, it may be possible to check out later than this.

Can I bring my pet with me to the Apartments? How much will it cost?
Provided you let us know in advance, you may bring your pet. The cost is € 25.00 per night and animal, plus an extra € 50.00 final cleaning charge.
Is there a laundry, ironing and cleaning service?
Yes, there is. One option is to put your laundry into a laundry bag, which you can drop off at the reception. Your clothes will then be washed, ironed, and returned to you by the time you request. This will be charged according to the price list.
The other option is to use the washing machine and dryer provided for a small fee. If you wish, your Apartment can be cleaned twice a week free of charge.
If you would like the Apartment to be cleaned every day, this will be charged according to the price list.
Is there a charging station for electric cars?
It is possible to charge an electric car in the first parking space in the Kuglerhof courtyard, subject to prior consultation.
Where can I park?
In the courtyard next to the reception there is a private car park where you can park your car.
Are towels and bed linen provided in the Apartments?
Plenty of towels are provided, and the beds already come with bed linen. If you need more towels, pillows or blankets, you can get them at the reception.
Is allergy-friendly bed linen available?
If you need allergy-friendly bed linen, please let us know before your arrival.
Is there a storage area for bicycles and skis?
The outbuilding at the Kuglerhof houses a storage area for bicycles and skis, as well as a boot dryer for ski and hiking boots.
Is the private swimming area accessible?
Unfortunately, our private swimming area is not accessible to people with limited mobility. To reach the swimming area, you have to go down a few steps. Access to the water is provided via steps and a handrail.
When and how can I pay my bill?
If you wish, you can pay your bill when you make your booking. You can also pay for your stay no later than the day of your departure by credit card, Maestro or in cash.
We have to cancel our stay, what now?
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us immediately. The sooner you announce your cancellation, the sooner we can try to be fair. As a rule, the following cancellation fees apply if the room cannot be re-let: Up to 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fees
3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40 % of the total price
1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70 % of the total price
In the last week before arrival: 90 % of the total price

Does it make sense to take out travel insurance?
To avoid financial loss in the event of cancellation or early departure—and to ensure greater peace of mind during your holiday in Austria—we recommend taking out "Hotelstorno Plus" (including helicopter rescue) or "Premium" (including helicopter rescue and an accident package) insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung AG. You can obtain information on purchasing insurance directly when booking.
